Frothy Life — the plain-language version

Interim notice · September 2026. A formal Terms of Service and Privacy Policy arrive before the community opens beyond invited friends. Until then, this is the honest one-pager.

What we collect

• · Your mobile number — it's your key to the community. No password, no email required.
• · Your profile: name, nickname, postal code, interests, and whatever you choose to share in your contributions.
• · Your birthday — held only long enough to confirm you're 18+, then purged (seven days at most).
• · If you choose verification: a selfie and ID photos. They're kept segregated, encrypted, and private, and are deleted once your application is decided.
• · What you do in Frothy — participation, vouches, circles — shown to others only within the visibility you choose.

What we never do

• · Members fund Frothy — not ads. We never sell your data nor your attention without permission. What you share is never mined for advertising, never sold. Frothy uses it privately on your behalf to help you curate your experience.
• · Your private messages and private notes are excluded from analytics, admin views, and AI — permanently. (Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, though not end-to-end.)
• · No public numbers on people: no scores, no rankings — just trust, earned over time.
• · No tracking pixels, no data brokers, no third-party ad tech.

Delete on request

Ask, and your account and personal data are removed — what has to remain for the community's safety records is anonymized, never left attributed to you. Write to security@frothy.life and it happens.
